Dear Kris and Anamarta,
Thank you both for an amazing weekend. It has undoubtedly been the most positive thing I have done for a very long time. As I mentioned on Sunday I can to be a rather sceptical, suspicious and even cynical person when it comes to things outside my usual routines, circles and/or comfort zone. You have made it easy for me to keep an open mind, have fun and at the same time learn and experience things I never have before. My mood has not been this good for months and I have already applied some basics I remember from the course to my daily life. As I was on a high last night I worried about going to sleep. Considering I had to get up at 5am today I was very glad for the Triple Heater Sound which sent me off within minutes. While my crazy 14 hour working day was spent mostly driving, I very successfully resisted multiple road rage attacks with the Liver Sound and smiled or actually laughed at the situation instead.
The only downside is that I am finding it hard not to sound too excited when talking to people...

Watering the Garden
Step 1, the start of the cycle for a whole new bunch of budding Taoists ... I am privileged to play my part in watering the garden. When a friend/student recently told me she gave birth in her Garden surrounded by her Children and Animals I realised again how profound is the effect of these beautiful practices, that ripple through our lives made beautiful by them.

Midsummer in the Tao
Happy Solstice! All these summer showers show summer's lease hath all too short a date: what was the first line? A complimentary copy of Bouncing Back, Thriving in Changing Times to the first three correct answers.
With all the problems, challenges and opportunities in our present uncertain world, what better time to invest in yourself. Your value can only increase, as a human being, as a shining spirit, or simply a more accomplished person who has done the best for yourself. How long have you been promising yourself a new challenge? a new skill? even a new career... just do it.
For those thinking to take the first steps, 26th and 27th June sees the first Foundations of Taoist Practice, before Step 2 on 10th and 11th July. Beginners will know by then if they are ready for Step 3: The Power of Fusion (Feng Shui for Humans) 23rd thru 26th July - then only Six Steps to go!. The Tai Chi Camp 10th to 15th August fit for the challenges that follow. Do it now or wish you had!

The Taoist Training season kicks off with Foundations of Taoist Practice Step 1 Harmony of Yin and Yang on 26th and 27th June with Kris & Anamarta. Step 2 Healing Love, Greater Harmony of Yin and Yang, follows July 10th and 11th and Step 3, Greatest Harmony of Yin and Yang 23rd to 26th July.
